Asian Stir Fry
Chef prepares your favorite stir fry. Choose from Chicken, beef, shrimp, a variety of vegetables and sauces. Served or sesame noodles.
Kansas City Barbecue Station
Brisket, Pulled Pork, or Chicken served on mini sandwiches. Mac n’ cheese muffins, chorizo & molasses baked beans, and Asian or traditional coleslaw
Sausage Tasting Station
Locally Made Sausage display with gourmet mustards, cheeses, & assorted crackers.
Bruschetta Bar
Rustic bread, thickly sliced and crisped in extra virgin olive oil. Guests may choose diced tomatoes with Buffalo mozzarella; Sicilian caponata; chevre with sundried tomatoes and basil pesto
Risotto Station
Arborio rice cooked on-site by our professional chefs. Guests may select asparagus tips, butternut squash or shrimp. The risottos are finished with freshly ground black pepper and grated pecorino romano.
Smashed Potato Bar
Smashed potatoes with guests choice of herb garlic gravy, curry gravy, or homestyle gravy. Served in martini glasses & guests can top off with butter, sour cream, cream cheese, crumbled bacon, and chives.
Southwestern & Mediterranean Dipping Stations
Southwestern black bean dip, lemon garlic hummus, and 3 other seasonal dips. Fresh breads, crackers, and veggies available for dipping.
